great access to shopping and parks for city exploring

I had a great time walking around since the nearby Polo Park Shopping Centre had everything I needed. Assiniboine Park Zoo was only a bit further, making my weekend so enjoyable for strolls in the fresh air.

I found the overall ambiance very welcoming and beautifully decorated, particularly the common areas that were easily accessible for seniors like myself. The pool and hot tub facilities were delightful and well-maintained during our stay.

More seating options for seniors would be appreciated.

The location is convenient with free parking available. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and thoughtful, even sending us water to our room after a long drive. However, the hotel itself is dated, with small and rundown bathrooms lacking proper ventilation. Noise levels from kids running in the hall and the bar closing late detracted from the experience. Dining options were disappointing. our group had poor service at the restaurant, significantly impacting our celebrations.

We had a decent stay, with clean facilities and a cozy room. The water slide was a blast for the kids, and the breakfast downstairs was delightful. Overall, we would probably choose to stay here again.

I had a great time with friends at this hotel! We loved checking out Great Western Roadhouse for some yummy Italian food and drinks, then danced the night away at Garbonzo's Sports Pub. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff were friendly. Just a heads up, be careful on the bathroom floors—they were super slippery!

One of my friends nearly slipped when using the bathroom, and it seemed like nothing was done about it after we reported it. It was really dangerous, especially since we were in socks.

This hotel suits me perfectly, providing free wi-fi, a fitness center, and a great restaurant. During my first stay, staff even helped me print my boarding pass. I highly recommend this place and I’m coming back for Easter!
